Create a List of Event Attendees

Step 1: Create an Activity List

  1. Go to Lists.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Choose Activity List.

Step 2: Filter for Eventbrite Attendee Activities

  1. Add an Include filter:

    • Activity Type equals Eventbrite Attendee.

This identifies all Activities created for attendees (based on your Eventbrite β†’ Campaign mapping settings).

Step 3: Filter for the Specific Event

  1. Add another Include filter:

    • Notes starts with <Event Name>
      Example:

    • Notes starts with Summer Ball.

Event names appear in the Activity Notes. Matching the start of the Notes field ensures your list focuses on a particular event.

Step 4: List Attendees Across Multiple Events (Optional)

If you want to include more than one event:

  1. Add additional Include filters using:

    • Notes starts with <Event Name>.

  2. Surround the filters with brackets and join them using Or.

Example:

  • (Notes starts with Summer Ball Or Notes starts with Winter Gala).

Include Check-in Status (If Used)

If you have enabled Eventbrite attendee check-ins:

  • Eventbrite check-ins can be mapped to a Yes/No Activity field, such as Checked In.

  • To list only people who actually attended (checked in), add:

Include filter:

  • Checked In is True (or your mapped field name).

πŸ“ŒNote: Requires the attendee.checked_in webhook type to have been selected during setup.
