If you want to use the membership features of your Donorfy you need to first enable the feature within your Donorfy.
⚠️Important:
Enabling the Membership feature can only be completed by a user with Administrator permissions.
Memberships is a Professional only feature. Essential subscribers, please contact us to find out more about upgrading.
Switching on the Membership Feature
Navigate to Settings, click Configuration.
Select Membership from the Settings drop-down box.
Set Show Membership Feature to Yes.
Click Update to confirm.
Grant Users Permission to use Memberships
To allow people to access the Membership feature, Administrators will automatically have access, for Standard users the option will need to be enabled:
Navigate to Settings, click Users.
Click on the user name that needs access granting.
Set Allow access to Membership to Yes.
Click Save Changes.
