Donorfy offers two types of lists associated with Membership, both use RPIs with a type of Membership but return different levels of detail.

Membership Lists

This list has one row per membership and includes RPIs with a type of Membership.

Key Membership Stats

  • MembershipAmount: The amount paid for membership products.

  • NonMembershipAmount: The amount paid for non membership products, such as donations.

  • NewMembershipAmount: Amount that will be applied after a price change.

  • TotalAmount: The total of all products on the RPI.

  • MemberCount: The number of members included in the membership.

  • GiftMembership: Shows YES if the payer is not the primary member, otherwise displays NO.

Contact Details in Membership Lists

Payer

  • e.g. Payer_LastName, Payer_Personal_AddressLine1 displays the details of the constituent paying for the membership.

  • It will be usually the primary member, unless the payer is somebody else, such as a gift membership.

Member

  • e.g. Member_LastName, Member_Personal_AddressLine1 displays the details of the primary member.

  • If the primary member is not linked, will display the details of the payer.

Membership salutations and label names

  • e.g. Membership_Salutation, comes from the RPI.

  • If the salutations and label names are not set, the system will use the details of the primary member.

Member Lists

This list has one row for each member associated with the RPI and includes RPIs with a type of Membership.

If a membership has two members, both members would be included on this list.

How Contact Details are Determined

  • If the member is linked to a constituent, these contact details will be used.

  • If the member is not linked to a constituent but the primary member is, the details of the primary member will be used.

  • If the member is not linked to a constituent and the primary member is not linked to a constituent, the details from the payer will be used.
