Your user profile is located at the top right of your Donorfy screen, represented by a circle with your initials.
Within your user profile, there are various options:
Manage your user profile.
Manage your notifications.
Tasks.
Show guides.
Donorfy Academy.
Feature Requests.
Help.
Sign out.
Manage your user profile
Within this option, you can:
Change your display name.
Change your password.
Turn off or on your two-factor authentication.
Locate and also reset your Send to Donorfy email address.
Show the Getting Started List: is the List of useful items as seen in your Home screen.
Reset to Defaults. This will clear of the Donorfy cache within your web browser. This is useful where Lists, profiles and views do not load correctly.
Manage your notifications
Within this option, you can manage the various notifications that you wish to receive from your Donorfy :
Product News.
Tasks Reminders.
Duplicates Check emails.
Gift Aid Notification Emails.
Suspicious Form Activity Emails.
Show Guides
Clicking on this option will show the various banner guides describing the various areas in Donorfy, for example:
Donorfy Academy
Clicking on this link will take you to the Academy resources.
Feature Requests
Clicking on this link will take you to the Feature Requests page where you can up vote current suggestions or add a new one.
