From your Profile, you can manage your Display Name, Password and other related items.
Accessing your Profile
Your User Profile is located at the top right of Donorfy - it is a circle containing your initials.
Change your Display Name
Click on Manage your Profile.
Click into the Change your name field.
Fill your new Display Name and Click on Update.
This will then change your Profile Display Name within Donorfy.
📌Note: Changing the display name does not change your Login Username.
Change your Password
To update your password:
Open your User Profile.
Click Manage your Profile.
Fill in your current password into the Current Password field.
Fill in your new password into the New Password field.
Confirm the password into the Confirm Password field.
Once the two password fields match, click on Change Password.
You will then need to use this new password the next tie you login to Donorfy.
📌Note: Ensure you also update any password vaults that contain your Donorfy password!
Change your Login Username
You cannot change your Login Username (the email address you use to sign into Donorfy).
If the email address used as your Login Username has recently changed, then you will need to ask your Donorfy Administrator to send you a new invite for your new email address (Inviting Other People to Use Donorfy).
Once your new Donorfy User Profile is set up, you will then need to re-assign any items linked to your old Donorfy User Profile to your new User Profile such as:
Tasks.
Form Notifications.
Opportunities.
Trigger Email.
Lists.
Dashboards.
