You can change your JustGiving username and password directly in the integration settings by manually updating the fields.
📌 Note:
Avoid using browser autofill, as it may insert incorrect credentials into the fields.
Update Your JustGiving Login Credentials
Go to Integrations, click JustGiving.
Click Settings.
Click into the Username field, delete the existing value, then type the correct username.
Click into the Password field, delete the existing value, then type the correct password.
Click Save to store your updated details.
Click Test Settings to check that Donorfy can connect to JustGiving.
If the test is successful, click Run Now to collect any unprocessed files.
Understand Test Result Messages
If Test Settings fails, a red banner appears with the error returned by JustGiving.
Make the required correction, click Save, then test again.
