To use Donorfy, you must first have either:
been the main person who created the Donorfy account.
have been invited by one of the Administrators of your Donorfy account and completed the signup process: Inviting Other People to Use Donorfy
Once you have created your user account, to log in to Donorfy, navigate to Donorfy Login (bookmark it for quicker access).
Logging in to Donorfy
There are two different login options presented to you from the login screen:
Login with your email address (your Donorfy User Name).
Single Sign On with Access Identity.
Where your organisation is not using Single Sign On with Access Identity, follow the email sign on process.
Email Sign On
From the login/sign-in page :
Enter the email address you used to create your account.To make it easier for next time you login, you can select Remember this email address.
Click Next.
This will check whether you have an Access Single Sign On password or not:
No Single Sign On:
Enter your password into the Password field.
If a reCaptcha box appears, confirm that you are not a robot by ticking the box.
Click on Login.
A successful login will take you to the Home page of your Donorfy.
An unsuccessful login attempt will display the error message: Invalid email or password.
Ensure that you are using the correct credentials to sign in with. Try free-typing the details in rather than using a web-browser suggestion.
⚠️Important:
If you make several failed login attempts within a short time, you will receive an on-screen error, and an email will be sent informing you that your account is locked out for 30 minutes.

Single Sign On:
Where your organisation has opted to use Access Single Sign on, you can use this to login to Donorfy:
Click on the Sign in with Access button.
Single sign-on will require some setting up by your IT team, see here for more details: How to set up Single Sign-on for Donorfy
📌Note:
Once you have logged in via the Sign in with Access button (single sign on) this will be the only option that you can use to login with going forward.
Logging out of Donorfy
To log out of Donorfy:
Click on your User Profile at the top right of your screen - it will show your initials.
Clicking on the button gives access to various items, including the ability to Sign Out of Donorfy.
