Where to find the JustGiving Campaign settings
Open the relevant Campaign in Donorfy.
Go to the Fundraising Pages tab.
Open the JustGiving sub-tab.
This area allows you to connect a Donorfy Campaign with a JustGiving Campaign or appeal.
Selecting a JustGiving Campaign
The Campaign dropdown displays a list of JustGiving Campaigns and appeals.
These are identified from Fundraising Pages retrieved from JustGiving.
⚠️Important: For a JustGiving Campaign to appear in Donorfy:
The JustGiving Campaign must have a live Fundraising Page assigned to it in JustGiving.
If a campaign has no live Fundraising Page, Donorfy cannot detect it.
JustGiving provides guidance on assigning Fundraising Pages to Campaigns in their own support documentation.
What happens once a Campaign is selected
After you select a JustGiving Campaign or appeal all future donations made through Fundraising Pages linked to that JustGiving Campaign or appeal will:
Create Transactions in Donorfy.
Be automatically linked to the selected Donorfy Campaign.
Exception: custom codes
If a custom code has been set on an individual JustGiving Fundraising Page:
That custom code will override the Campaign-level mapping.
The donation will follow the custom configuration instead.
