Get Help from Within Donorfy
You can search for answers or submit a support request directly from the Donorfy application.
Click the Chat button at the bottom left of the Donorfy window.
Select the Live Chat option to get started.
The Donorfy Digital Assistant (DDA) will greet you and prompt you to enter your question.
π Note: Be as specific as possible when describing your issue to receive the most accurate guidance.
Use the Donorfy Digital Assistant
The Digital Assistant is designed to answer common questions quickly:
Type your question into the chat window.
Review the suggested articles or responses provided.
The DDA can help with common tasks such as resetting passwords or navigating Donorfy features.
If the Digital Assistant cannot find a suitable answer:
You may be asked to rephrase your question.
You can choose to speak to a member of the Support Team.
If you have already reviewed an article and still need help, ask to be passed through to Support.
Review Previous Chat Messages
Each new chat starts a fresh session by default.
Click the navigation arrow at the top of the chat window.
Return to the home screen to view previous messages from earlier sessions.
This allows you to revisit advice or links shared previously.
Search the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base contains step-by-step articles organised by topic.
Open the Knowledge Base from Donorfy or the Help site.
Browse categories and sub-sections to find relevant information.
You can also:
Enter keywords into the search bar.
Select an article from the search results to view detailed guidance.
Articles mirror Donorfy navigation, making it easier to locate related help.
Submit a Support Request from the Knowledge Base
If you cannot find an answer after searching:
Click the Live Chat option at the bottom right of the Knowledge Base screen.
Start a conversation to submit a support request.
Your query will be routed to the Support Team if it cannot be resolved automatically.
