Enthuse has notified Donorfy that the Campaign endpoint within their API has become unreliable and is being deprecated.
This endpoint is a core dependency of the existing Enthuse integration, which means its instability affects how data is retrieved and processed.
Identify the Impact on Donorfy Data
Due to the Campaign endpoint issue, some data may not currently sync into Donorfy as expected.
This can affect:
Transactions.
Fundraising pages.
Constituents linked to those records.
The issue does not affect all data uniformly. Some records may still sync successfully.
Review Remedial Actions in Progress
Donorfy is actively working to minimise disruption and restore reliable data flow.
Current actions include:
Evaluating interim measures to manually or programmatically enter missing data into Donorfy.
Collaborating with Enthuse to design a more robust integration approach.

Track the Planned Resolution
The Campaign endpoint is integral to the current integration design. As a result, Donorfy is reworking the integration to use the Events endpoint instead.
This change requires development and testing time.
