The integration can be made live once the default settings are configured and any pre-work within JustGiving, such as Campaign settings mapping or Custom Code mapping, is complete.

📌Note:
You can retrieve up to 3 months of historic data when activating the integration for the first time.
Activate the JustGiving Integration
Go to Integrations, click JustGiving.
Click Settings.
Scroll to the Data Retrieval section, then choose whether to retrieve data for the last three months, a specific date within the last three months, or from today forward.
Set the Active toggle to Yes.
Click Run Now to begin the initial retrieval.
After activation, Donorfy automatically retrieves new information based on the schedule below.
Understand the Data Retrieval Schedule
Fundraising Pages
Donorfy retrieves Fundraising Page updates every night.
Donations
Donorfy retrieves Donation data weekly. JustGiving typically provides this file on Thursday or Friday through the API.
View Retrieval History
Go to Integrations, click JustGiving.
Select Settings.
Review the Data Retrieval section to see the last attempted retrieval date.
Check the displayed dates for the last processed donation and last processed Gift Aid payment. These reflect transaction dates, not retrieval dates.
Click the History tab for detailed retrieval logs.
