Access Dotdigital Account Settings
Navigate to Integrations, click Dotdigital.
Open the Accounts tab.
If no accounts exist yet, fewer tabs will be visible.
Add a New Dotdigital Account
Click Add Account (if required).
Enter the following details:
Description
Add a meaningful name to identify the Dotdigital account within Donorfy. This text is for internal use only.
Dotdigital API Username & Password
Enter your API credentials exactly as provided in Dotdigital.
Click Test Settings to validate your connection.
Complete Additional Required Fields
Once validation succeeds, two more fields must be completed before saving:
Integration Start Date
Select the earliest date from which Donorfy should collect Dotdigital campaign activity, such as email sends, opens, and clicks.
Address Book for Programme Enrolment
Select the Dotdigital Address Book (List) used when constituents are enrolled into a Dotdigital Program (supporter journey).
β οΈImportant:
Do not select the Dotdigital Test Address Book.
This Address Book is reserved within Dotdigital and cannot be updated by external integrations.
Edit an Existing Dotdigital Account
Navigate to Integrations, click Dotdigital.
Click the account name to open and edit it.
Update any details as needed.
