In some situations, you may need to return all donations from Ready to Claim to the Active Claim tab, for example, when you need to correct errors, adjust statuses, or review donations before submission. Donorfy allows you to do this in bulk.
Move All Donations Back to Active Claim
Navigate to Financial, click Gift Aid, select Ready to Claim.
Click the Merge the claim into the Active Claim button (orange).
When prompted, click Yes to confirm.
Donorfy will then move all donations from Ready to Claim back into Active Claim.
What Happens After the Move
All donations return to the Active Claim tab.
Any statuses previously applied, such as Blocked or Deferred, remain unchanged.
You can also correct any errors that may appear.
You can continue working through the Active Claim to:
Review donation details.
Block or defer further donations.
Correct any remaining errors.
