Gift Aid claims usually move automatically from Active Claim to Ready to Claim at the end of each month. However, you can move an Active Claim manually if you need to submit it earlier.
Move the Active Claim Manually
Navigate to Financial, click Gift Aid, select Active Claim.
Click Move Claim to Ready on the right side of the screen.
The Active Claim will move to the Ready to Claim tab and can then be reviewed and submitted manually.
When the Move Button Is Not Available
If the Move Claim to Ready button is not visible, it is due to one of the following reasons:
Gift Aid submission is not enabled
Your settings may not be configured to submit claims directly to HMRC.

Enable submission under your Gift Aid settings.

You cannot move an Active Claim while donations already exist in the Ready to Claim tab.
To continue:
Open Ready to Claim.
Submit the existing claim.
Return to Active Claim, the Move Claim to Ready button will now be available.
