Why is Donorfy changing to a Single Sign-On Login?

We’re always committed to streamlining your processes and saving you time, and Single Sign-On (SSO) will do just that!

SSO enables you to log in to more systems with less credentials. This means you can now log in to Donorfy with your Google or Microsoft account, with one less password to remember.

If you use any other Access Evo software, such as Assemble or Charity Websites, you can now sign in to Donorfy using the same details. As well as making life easier, this adds extra layers of security protection, keeping your data even safer.

What is changing?

The Donorfy sign in page now looks different, with signing in taking place on the left-hand side. Here is where you can sign in with your usual details, or link your Donorfy login to an Access Evo login (this lets you link logins from Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn too).

When you’ve connected Donorfy and Access Evo login, you won’t lose your Donorfy tasks and permissions.

How do I invite other users to Donorfy?

Nothing changes!

As an Admin you just need to:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Users.

  2. Click Send Invites To New Users.

  3. Fill in the new user’s email and set their permissions.

The user will then receive an email and can choose to sign in using Access Evo.

See here on how to invite new users to your Donorfy account: Inviting Other People to Use Donorfy.
