If you are a user with Administrator role permissions you can control the access other people have to your Donorfy, to do this:
Under Settings, click Users.
Select the Existing Users tab. From this tab you can:
Change user access rights (permissions).
Disable a user login - their user profile remains active but login is disabled,useful for long-term leave. System notifications will still be sent.
Delete users - If you delete a user, their entries stay recorded under their name for audit purposes.
Disable Two-Factor Authentication for a user.
⚠️Important: You must always have one user with the admin role, so you can’t delete or remove the admin role from the final remaining admin.
