Click on your initials on the top right of the screen in Donorfy.

Manage your Profile
Within this option, you can:
Change your display name
Locate and also reset your Send to Donorfy email address - see: Send to Donorfy.
Manage your notifications
Within this option, you can manage the various notifications that you wish to receive from your Donorfy
Product News.
Tasks Reminders.
Duplicates Check emails.
Gift Aid Notification Emails.
Suspicious Form Activity Emails.
Cookie Preferences
Manage your cookie preferences. You can choose which types of cookies you allow, including essential, functional, and analytics cookies.
Troubleshooting
Reset to Defaults - this is the clearing of the Donorfy cache within your web browser. This is useful where Lists, profiles and views do not load correctly - see: Constituent Panel, Timeline or Lists not Displayed Properly .
Feature Requests
Clicking on the Feature Request link will take you to the Feature Requests page where you can up vote current suggestions or add a new one. This is a Professional Plan only option.
