Constituent Panel, Timeline or Lists not Displayed Properly

Learn what actions to take if your screens don't display correctly.

Written by Cristina Gruita

Very occasionally you experience an issue with screens in Donorfy not displaying properly or be missing panels, your login looping back to the login screen, an Access Evo page not loading or running slowly.

This is because your browser stores some information about how you have set Donorfy up - e.g. sort orders for lists, panel positions, and so on - if this cached information becomes corrupted or the storage area full then Donorfy may not display correctly.

There are three options to solve these issues.

Quick reset with Donorfy

Where your Donorfy is displayed within the Access Evo tab

  1. Click on Profile from the navigation menu options.

  2. Open the Troubleshooting tab.

  3. Click Reset to Defaults.

Where your Donorfy is displayed as the classic version

  1. Click on your initials on the top right of the screen in Donorfy.

  2. Click Manage your Profile.

  3. Click Reset to Defaults.

Occasionally, the issue may still persist and your browser will need a deeper clearing of it’s cache, for example to correct a login loop issue.
