Fundraising Pages link to the Constituent who created the page and the Campaign they are raising money for. If no Campaign is selected, Donorfy uses the default Campaign set in Settings, Configuration, then JustGiving Settings.
📌 Note:
You must enable the Fundraising Page panel on the relevant Constituent Types for Fundraising Pages to appear on profiles.
Enable the Fundraising Page View on Constituent Profiles
Go to Settings, click Configuration.
Select Constituent Types.
Select the Constituent Type that will receive JustGiving donations (for example Individual, Major Donor, or others you have configured).
Check whether Show all panels is toggled to Yes. If it is, the Fundraising Page panel will already appear.
If Show all panels is toggled to No, click the Select panels to be shown box.
Select Fundraising Pages from the dropdown.
Click Save Changes.
Confirm that the panel now appears on Constituent profiles.
📌 Note:
If you prefer, you can toggle Show all panels to Yes instead of selecting panels individually.
Create Fundraising Page Lists
Click Add at the top of the main window.
Select Fundraising Page List from the menu.
Apply filters as required to build a targeted list of Fundraising Pages.
Fundraising Page lists work in the same way as other list types in Donorfy.
View Fundraising Activity on Constituent Profiles
Constituent profiles display:
A panel summarising fundraising activity.
A list of all Fundraising Pages created by that Constituent.
⚠️ Important:
Reassigning a JustGiving Fundraising Page from one Constituent to another will not work.
The JustGiving API refreshes Fundraising Page data each night and will reassign the page back to the original page owner.
View Linked Fundraising Pages on Campaigns
Campaign profiles include:
A Fundraising Pages tab showing a grid of all linked Fundraising Pages.
Campaign-specific settings that apply to donations received via those pages.
Track New Fundraising Page Creation
Donorfy adds a new Activity when it identifies a newly created Fundraising Page.
The Activity is linked to both the fundraiser and the Campaign.
Create a filtered Activity List to track recently created Fundraising Pages.
