Before disconnecting, you may wish to record your existing mappings (Purposes, Tags, Groups) from Integrations, click Mailchimp, select Settings for future reference.
Disconnect Mailchimp in Mailchimp
Sign in to your Mailchimp account.
Go to the Audience that is linked to Donorfy.
Open the webhooks section for that Audience.
Delete the webhook used to send data back to Donorfy.
Removing this webhook ensures no new Mailchimp contacts or updates are sent into Donorfy.
Disconnect Mailchimp in Donorfy
Navigate to Integrations, click Mailchimp, select Settings.
Locate your Mailchimp API Key.
Highlight the key and replace it with a single space.
Click Save Changes.
Once saved, the link to Mailchimp is removed and the systems will no longer interact.
