Set Up Exchange in Email Server Settings
Navigate to Settings, click Configuration.
Click Email Server Settings, then from the dropdown select Exchange.
Enter the required information:
User Name.
Domain Name.
Email Address.
Password.
Click Connect to Server to initiate the link between Donorfy and your Exchange environment.
Click Save Changes to store your configuration.
Send a Test Email
Click Send Test Email.
Check the inbox of the email address you entered.
If the email arrives, your configuration is correct.
If it fails, Donorfy displays an error message, including any details returned by your Exchange server.
📌 Note: Errors often relate to incorrect credentials, blocked SMTP access, or network restrictions on your Exchange server.
