Use Office 365 with Donorfy

Learn how to connect your Office 365 email account to Donorfy so you can send acknowledgements, documents, and emails directly from the system.

Connect Office 365 to Donorfy

  1. Navigate to Settings, click Configuration.

  2. Select Email Server Settings.

  3. From the Email Provider dropdown, select Office365.

  4. Enter the email address you will use for sending Donorfy emails.

  5. Click Save Changes.


Authorise Your Office 365 Account

  1. Click Authorise Office365.

  2. Follow the on-screen steps to sign in and grant permissions to Donorfy.

  3. When successful, Donorfy displays the message “Office365 Connection successfully completed”.

  4. Click Save Changes again to confirm your settings.

📌 Note: You must complete this authorisation step or Donorfy will not be able to send emails through your Office 365 account.


Send a Test Email

  1. Click Send Test Email.

  2. Confirm that a test message arrives in the inbox of the email address you entered.

📌 Note: If the email does not arrive, check spam/junk folders and confirm that authorisation completed successfully.
