Can Forms Display One Step at a Time?
Donorfy Forms do not currently support a stepped or progression layout. All elements included in the Form Designer display together on a single page.
Supporters will see the full Form when it loads, regardless of the number of elements included.
Show Step Progression Using Content Elements
Open Form Designer, then insert Content Elements at the key points where you want to introduce stages.
Add text to indicate the stage or step the supporter is currently on for example, “Step 1: Your Details” or “Step 2: Donation Information”.
Save the Form and preview it to confirm the staged messages appear as expected.
This approach does not split the Form into separate pages—it simply helps guide the supporter visually.
Create Multi-Page Stepped Donation Experiences Using a Web Widget
Use a Web Widget if you want each section of the donation process to appear on a separate page.
Work with a web developer to implement the widget or engage one of Donorfy’s Partners if you require assistance.
⚠️Important: Stepped layouts require web development skills and are not built directly into standard Form Designer functionality.
