Donorfy Forms allow you to create flexible, hosted online forms without any website development skills. You can use forms as standalone pages or embed them inside your website, enabling a seamless donor or supporter experience.

⚠️ Important: You must be an Administrator or a Standard User with permission to access Forms. Form limits depend on your Donorfy plan.

Use Cases for Donorfy Forms

Donorfy Forms support many types of interactions and can be used for simple or complex data collection.

Examples of Form Types

  • Donations: Accept one-off or recurring payments by card or Direct Debit.

  • Memberships: Allow supporters to subscribe to a membership programme.

  • Gift Aid Sign-Up: Collect Gift Aid declarations online.

  • Contact Forms: Locate or add a constituent, create an activity, and assign a follow-up task.

  • Volunteer Applications: Add or find a constituent, record an activity, and apply tags.

  • Surveys: Capture survey responses by recording answers in an activity.

Ways to Display a Donorfy Form

The form displays with a header, footer, and sidebars that you design, giving the appearance of being part of your website.
Common uses include links in emails or buttons directing users to the hosted page.

Embedded Form

The form appears inside your website using an iframe, allowing supporters to remain on your site throughout the process.
