Standalone Forms

Learn how to match your standalone form design with your website’s branding by customising headers, footers, and layout elements.

Set Up Form Branding

  1. Go to Forms, then click Branding.

  2. Select the Standalone Forms tab.

  3. Add or edit the Header, Footer, and Content sections to match your website’s look and feel.

  4. Use the Source icon in the text editor to insert HTML if needed.

  5. Click Save when you’re done.

📌Note:

You can link the same Privacy Policy across all forms for consistency. Go to Forms, then click Branding to update your privacy policy link.


Add Basic HTML for Centred Forms

You can use simple HTML snippets to centre form elements within your standalone forms. Insert these codes using the Source icon in the text editor.

Header and Footer sections

Centre Images:

<p style="text-align: center;"><img alt="" src="your image detail.png" style="width: 150 px; height: 100px;" /></p>

Width and Height can be altered to suit your own image.

Centre text:

<center>enter your text here</center>

Left and Right Sides
