If a file upload was processed incorrectly or contains errors, you can undo the entire upload. This action removes all data created by that upload, including any constituents, activities, or transactions added as part of the file.

⚠️ Important:
If you undo a constituent import, all data added since the import, such as new transactions or timeline entries, will also be removed because the constituent record itself is deleted.

Undo a File Upload

  1. Open the upload record in the File Upload area.

  2. Click the Undo button.

  3. When prompted, type UndoFile (no spaces, exact spelling).

  4. Click OK to confirm.

Donorfy will begin undoing the import and send you an email once the process is complete.
