Pebble Reports allows you to quickly create reports using your Donorfy data. To connect successfully, you must use a version of Pebble Reports that supports OData as a data source.

Pebble Reports retrieves data via Donorfy Data Service, to use the feature you will need to find your System API Key.
You must have permission to use the Donorfy Data Service in your user profile.
Download and Prepare Pebble Reports
Download the trial version of Pebble Reports from the Pebble website.
Ensure you download the edition that includes OData support.
Locate your Donorfy API key in your system settings.
Connect Pebble Reports to the Donorfy Data Service
Start Pebble Reports and go to the Data tab.
Click Connection, then select New.
Choose OData Connection as your connection type.
Enter your Donorfy OData link in the following format:
https://data.donorfy.com/odata/<your API key>
Example:
If your API key is abcdefgh, your link is:
https://data.donorfy.com/odata/abcdefgh.Enter your Donorfy username and password.
Click Open on the Sheet Data Connection page to establish the connection.
Select Donorfy Data for Your Report
Click the Query button to open the OData Query Builder.
Use the dropdown menu labelled Choose a function or entity set to select the Donorfy table you want to report on (e.g., Constituents, Transactions, Activities, Campaigns).
Click OK to add the selected dataset to your report.
Begin designing your report using Pebble’s tools and layout options.
