The Donor Pyramid uses each constituent’s Total Contribution to determine their band, helping you understand giving behaviour at a glance.

The Donor Pyramid tile displays the number of constituents within each contribution band.
These bands are based on the total amount a constituent has contributed during a configurable time period.

Configure Pyramid Bands and Time Period

  1. Navigate to to Settings, click Account.

  2. Select Donorfy Settings.

  3. Set the Reporting Year Start Date, which determines how periods are calculated.

  4. Configure Include gifts since field to define the timeframe used by the pyramid.

  5. Adjust the pyramid bands to match your fundraising segmentation model.

📌 Note: Bands and totals are updated overnight. New donations entered today will appear in the pyramid from tomorrow.
