You can use the price change feature to preview and apply updated prices without affecting current payments until you are ready.

Set Membership Prices

  1. Review each membership product to ensure current prices are correct.

  2. Confirm the new prices you want to use for each product.

  3. If members can choose their own payment amount, you can set the minimum price for each product and payment frequency.

πŸ“Œ Note: Minimum prices allow you to increase fees fairly without changing prices for members already paying above the minimum.

Identify Memberships for Price Changes

  1. Navigate to Membership, then click the Price Change tab.

  2. Click Add Price Change Rule to create a new rule.

  3. Enter a meaningful name, such as Annual Price Increase.

  4. Define the rule criteria to control which memberships are included.

  5. Repeat these steps if you need multiple rules for different membership types.

Preview the Price Change

  1. Click Preview Price Change to generate pending prices.

  2. The system will:

    • Reset all existing pending prices.

    • Apply your Price Change Rules in the order they appear.

    • Set pending prices on RPIs that meet your rule criteria.

πŸ“Œ Note:

Price Change Rules only apply to RPIs with one of these statuses:

  • Active

  • Awaiting Confirmation

  • Overdue

  • Paused

  • To Be Lodged

If an RPI matches multiple rules, the first rule in the list is applied.

You can preview price changes as many times as needed until you are satisfied

Review Pending Prices

  1. Open a Membership List.

  2. Filter or display the Pending Price fields.

  3. Review membership RPIs to ensure prices are correct before applying the change.

Apply the Price Change

  1. Once you are happy with the pending prices, click Apply Price Change.

  2. The system updates all applicable RPIs as follows:

    • Copies the current price into the Previous Price field.

    • Sets the Amount Due for membership products to the pending price.

    • Leaves all other allocations, such as donations, unchanged.

    • Updates the Price Changed Date.

    • Clears the pending price from each allocation.
