Sometimes it is useful to create a connection between an entry you add to someone's timeline and another constituent.
For example, you might add an activity about a conversation with a constituent but want to link it to the organisation they are a trustee of.
To connect a Timeline entry to a Constituent:
Find and click Add Connection on the timeline entry.
Search for your constituent on the database.
Complete any further details about the constituent you are adding.
Click Save Changes.
When you open a timeline entry that is linked to another constituent you will see the name of the linked constituent.
To remove the link,click Clear Connection.
