If your Donorfy account has been migrated to be within Access Evo, (your Donorfy is in tab within Access Evo), then please follow the steps outlined in Inviting new Users from Access Evo section.
Where your Donorfy has not been migrated to Access Evo, then please follow the steps outlined in the Inviting new Users Classic Donorfy section.
Inviting new users from Access Evo
If you are an Admin for your organisation’s Access Evo account, you can invite other people to use Donorfy.
For a new user to your Access Evo organisation:
From your Profile, top right of Access Evo screen, click Members.
Click the Add button.
Select Add members Individually and then complete:
First Name.
Last Name.
Email Address.
Set their role permission for your organisation (this would usually be User).
Click Add, then click View Member Added.
Click the three dots to the top of their name box.
Select the the type of access you want to give the user: Administrator, Standard or Viewer.
Click Save Changes, then click Confirm.
Click Close.
The person you invited will receive an email from Access Evo which contains a link inviting them to set up their sign-on information.
Once they have accepted the invite you can assign them additional more granular permission for Donorfy as described here: User Permissions section.
⚠️Important: The invitation sent is valid for 7 days from the date it was sent, it is linked to the email address that used was sent the invite and so should not be shared with anyone else - an invite can only be used once.
If the person you wish to invite to Donorfy is already a User within your Access Evo account, then you can simply amend their Member Role to allow access to Donorfy, following steps 6 onwards.
Inviting new users from Classic Donorfy
If you are an Admin you can invite other people to use Donorfy:
Under Settings, click on Users.
Click on the Send Invites to New Users tab.
Fill in the name and email address of the person you want to invite.
Select the type of access you want to give them under User Permissions.
Click Send Invite Email.
The person you invited will receive an email which contains a link enabling them to set up their sign-on information.
Once they have accepted the invite you can assign them additional roles in the User Permissions section.
