All Donorfy data is backed up regularly throughout the day using Microsoft Azure infrastructure:
Azure SQL Database creates:
Full backups every week.
Differential backups every 12 or 24 hours.
Transaction log backups approximately every 10 minutes.
For customers that are not running their own Azure Server, Donorfy provides a rollback point for the Shared Environment, in case of disaster recovery.

Professional Plan
If you are on the Donorfy Professional Plan and have your own Azure server:
You can manage server backups independently.
This allows you to configure backup schedules according to your organisation’s own policies and requirements.
