When an accounts download file is created, Donorfy automatically flags the included transactions so they are not downloaded again. In some situations, such as correcting an error or regenerating files, you may need to allow those transactions to be included in a new download.
Undo an Accounts Download
Follow these steps to undo a previously created accounts download file.
Go to Financial, then click Accounts Download.
Locate the file you want to undo in the list of available downloads.
Click Undo next to the file.
Confirm that you want to undo the file.
Once undone, the transactions from that file become eligible for inclusion the next time you run an accounts download that covers the same date range.
Understand What Happens After Undoing a File
Undoing a file updates both the transaction status and the file record.
The transactions are no longer flagged as downloaded.
The file status information is updated with a message confirming the undo action.
Transactions will only reappear if the next accounts download includes a date range that covers them.
