View Completed Forms in the History Tab

  1. Go to Forms, then click History.

  2. Review the full list of submitted Forms, including those flagged as potential spam.

  3. Click a constituent name to open their profile and view submission details.

The History tab shows the completion date, constituent, and Form type for every submission.

Use a List to Review Submitted Form Data

  1. Create a List that matches the type of information you want to review.

  2. Select a suitable List type, for example, Donations if you want to review recent financial submissions.

  3. Filter the List using the settings applied to the Form, such as Department, Campaign, Marketing Channel, Fund, or Payment Method.

  4. Add a Date Paid range to focus on a specific period.

Receive Task Notifications Using an Activity Element

  1. Add an Activity Element to your Form and set it to be added automatically (without asking a question).

  2. Select an Activity Type such as Notes.

  3. Set Create a task when adding the activity to Yes, then define the task details, including the assignee and task description.

  4. Set Send email to Yes to notify the Donorfy user by email as well as add the task to their Tasks view.

⚠ Important: Task notifications require users to have valid email addresses in their Donorfy user profiles.

Use a Trigger to Email Notifications for Completed Forms

  1. Create a List that identifies the Form Element you want to be notified about (see Use a List above).

  2. Set up a Trigger based on that List to send an email to yourself or another Donorfy user.

  3. Follow the steps in these guides: : Triggers and Trigger Actions (Email).

πŸ“Œ Note: Triggers run automatically and are ideal for ongoing notifications.
