After a Gift Aid claim has been submitted to HMRC, it is stored in the Previous Claims tab. From here, you can view the full claim details or download the claim file for reporting or auditing purposes.
View a Previous Gift Aid Claim
Navigate to Financial, then click Gift Aid.
Open the Previous Claims tab.
Select the claim you want to view.
The full claim details will be displayed on screen.
Download a Gift Aid Claim
While viewing the selected claim, click the Download button (cloud icon with a downward arrow).
The claim file will download to your device in a standard HMRC compatible format.
Save or distribute the file as needed for financial reporting or audit.
Fields Included in the Gift Aid Claim Report
Downloaded claim files contain the following information for each donation:
Tax Payer.
Payment Date.
Product.
Payment Method.
Department.
Fund.
Net Amount.
To Be Reclaimed.
Tax Rate Percent.
Error Details.
Reclaim Status.
Constituent House Building Number.
AddressLine1.
AddressLine2.
Town.
County.
Country.
Postal Code.
Constituent Number.
