Create and Save Field Mappings
Upload your file and click Check Field Mappings.
Map each column in your file to the correct Donorfy field.
At the bottom of the mapping screen, set Save field mapping settings to Yes.
Enter a name for your mapping profile.
Choose a name that clearly identifies the file type or source (e.g., ABC Payments Mapping).
If your file includes an external reference or third-party key, select the column that contains this identifier.
This allows Donorfy to match records automatically during future imports.
Click Save Changes.
Your mapping profile is now stored and can be used again.
Reuse Saved Field Mappings
On your next upload of the same file type, click Check Field Mappings.
Choose the Use previously saved field mappings option.
Select the mapping profile you want to apply.
Review the fields (recommended), then click Save Changes to continue.
