The Bulk Delete option in Data Management allows administrators to permanently delete archived constituents.

⚠️Important:

  • Deleting a constituent also deletes all associated data, including financial transactions and Gift Aid Declarations. Confirm that you do not need this information for audit or reporting purposes.

  • You need to be an Administrator to access Bulk Deletion.

  • You cannot bulk delete more than 1000 constituents at a time.

  • Deleted constituents cannot be restored.

Bulk Delete Archived Constituents

  1. Navigate to Data Management, then click Bulk Delete.

  2. Select the Archive Reason .

  3. Fill in the Archived On or Before date to select constituents archived up to that date.

  4. Click Preview Delete. Donorfy displays the total number of constituents that match your selection.

  5. To proceed, type Delete X into the confirmation box, replacing X with the number of constituents that will be deleted (e.g., Delete 3).

  6. Click Delete Constituents.

The deletion is queued, and you will receive an email notification once the process completes.
