Mailchimp email activity is now tracked on the constituent timeline in Donorfy. You have full visibility of email delivery and outcomes directly on a constituent's record, making it easier to understand engagement and troubleshoot delivery issues without leaving Donorfy.
Activity Recorded on the Timeline
An activity is added to the constituent's timeline for each of the following events:
Email Sent — see when a Mailchimp campaign email was sent to a constituent.
Bounces — hard bounces and soft bounces are distinguished separately on the timeline.
Unsubscribes — unsubscribe events are recorded on the constituent timeline.
Reporting on These Activities
You can report on these updates from within Lists using the following activity types:
Communication Preference Confirmation.
Unsubscribe from List.
When filtering, use the additional filter Entered By = MailChimp to isolate activity recorded by the Mailchimp integration.
Campaign-Level Analytics
Bounce and unsubscribe counts are now included in the Analytics tab under the Mailchimp section for each Campaign, giving you a clearer picture of campaign performance at a glance.
