Two factor authentication is an additional security feature designed to help prevent unauthorised access to your Donorfy by asking you to enter a code generated by your phone when you sign in.
To use two factor authentication you need an authenticator app installed on your phone - we recommend you use either the Microsoft Authenticator app for iPhone, Android or Windows Phone or the Google Authenticator app for iPhone or Android.
Note that if you have access to more than one Donorfy then when you enable two factor authentication it will be used to protect all the Donorfys you have access to.
