Apart from the usual address fields, you may want to add some further segmentation, Country regions, boundaries, local regional teams, etc. to use for reporting.
To add a Region
Open Settings > Configuration > Address Regions
Click on the + icon to the right of the screen
Enter the name of your Region in Description
Ensure it is set to Active
Click on Save Changes
The Region will then be available for use within your Donorfy within the Contact Details section of a Constituent’s Profile:

In your List, click on the data field selector icon, and type 'Region' into the search field - the options will then be displayed:
