Campaign Donation Pages allow you to collect one-off or recurring donations for a specific Campaign without making any changes to your website. These pages are hosted by Donorfy and automatically add donations directly into your database.

To accept payments, your Donorfy account must be connected to Stripe.

Set Up a Campaign Donation Page

Follow the steps below to create and configure your Campaign Donation Page.

  1. Open Campaigns and select an existing Campaign, or create a new one.

  2. Click the Donation Page tab.

  3. Complete the necessary fields.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Once saved, your donation page link appears at the top of the screen. Add this link to your website, share it by email, or include it in campaign communications.

Fields to complete:

Page Title

Displayed at the top of your donation page.

Page Link

Used to form the URL of your donation page.
Do not include spaces or special characters.

Example:
If you enter clearwater, your link will look like:
app.donorfy.com/Donate/abcdefgh/clearwater

Page Text

Shown below the title. Use this to describe the appeal and encourage support.

Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy

Add links to any relevant documents on your website. These links appear on the donation page.

Thank You Message

Displayed after the donation is processed.

Link from Thank You Page

Usually a link back to your website.

Logo

Upload your organisation’s logo. It will be shown in the top-right corner of the page.

Donation Processing Settings

Donations are automatically allocated to the Product and Fund linked to the Campaign.
You can also configure settings such as Currency and other defaults.

Mailchimp Automation

You may assign a Mailchimp Automation to the page.
See: Initiating Mailchimp Automations or Supporter Journeys from Donorfy.

📌 Note:
Mailchimp is retiring Classic Automations.
If your account cannot create Classic Automations, use a Donorfy Trigger with a Supporter Journey instead:

  • Press the Save Changes button.

  • The link to your donation will be shown at the top of the page. The link can then be included in an email to your constituents encouraging them to donate or added to a button on your website.

View Campaign Donation Page Transactions

All donations received via your Campaign Donation Page are visible in:

Financial, Online Donations, History.
