Disconnecting GoCardless stops Donorfy from collecting Direct Debit payments and disables any related Web Widgets. This action should be taken with care, especially if you have active Recurring Payment Instructions (RPIs).
⚠️Important:
If you disconnect GoCardless:
Any Recurring Payment Instructions using GoCardless will stop collecting further payments.
Any Web Widgets configured to use GoCardless will stop working.
Plan ahead to avoid missed donations or service disruption.
Disconnect from GoCardless
Go to Settings in Donorfy.
Search for GoCardless Connect.
Click Disconnect.
The GoCardless connection will be removed immediately.
