Zapier allows you to connect Donorfy to thousands of other applications. Using Donorfy’s API, Zapier can add, update, or delete data in Donorfy, or push Donorfy data into other tools, opening up powerful automation possibilities.
Create an API Key for Zapier
Go to Settings, click Configuration.
Click API Settings, then click Add Permission.
Enter a Permission Name (for example Zapier).
In From IP, enter
0.0.0.1.In To IP, enter
255.255.255.254.Click Save Changes.
Copy the API Access Key generated—this key is used to authenticate Donorfy within Zapier.
📌 Note:
The IP range above allows Zapier to communicate with Donorfy regardless of which Zapier server processes the zap.
Use the API Key in Zapier
Once your API key is created:
Open Zapier and create or edit a Zap.
When prompted to connect to Donorfy, choose the Donorfy app.
Paste the API Access Key into the authentication field.
Zapier can now communicate securely with your Donorfy account.
Example Zap
A Zap requires a Trigger to start an automated workflow.
Example trigger:
A new lead generated in Facebook Lead Ads triggers a zap which sends that data into Donorfy as a new Constituent.

You can also begin a zap from within Donorfy by using a Donorfy Trigger combined with an HTTP Post action.
