Acknowledgements for Recurring Payment Instructions

You can automatically send acknowledgements to donors who set up a Recurring Payment Instruction (RPI), either by email or by mail.

Acknowledgements for RPIs are controlled through your Web Widget settings and processed through the Acknowledgements area under Financial. Donorfy selects the most appropriate acknowledgement based on the donorโ€™s contact details and the widget configuration.


Configure Acknowledgements in Web Widgets

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Web Widgets.

  2. Under Transaction Settings, choose the acknowledgements you want Donorfy to use for:

    • Transactions.

    • Recurring Payment Instructions.

  3. Set the email acknowledgement and/or mail acknowledgement you want to send.


Send RPI Acknowledgements

  1. Navigate to Financial, select Acknowledgements.

  2. Download or email the acknowledgements for Recurring Payment Instructions.

  3. Process them as required (email delivery or printing).
