Updating the template ensures you always download the most accurate version of the Data Preparation Template, reflecting all current values in your Donorfy settings. This helps prevent upload errors and supports clean data imports.
Update the Data Preparation Template
Navigate to Data Management, then click File Upload.
In the top-right corner of the File Upload screen, click Update Template.
Donorfy will rebuild and regenerate the full template, including any new settings you have added (e.g., new Constituent Types, Tags, Channels, Products, Funds).
Download the updated template and continue preparing your import.
