The Auto Merge feature helps reduce the time spent manually assigning merge actions by automatically merging constituents with high-confidence matches. When enabled, Donorfy will merge records that exceed a defined confidence threshold.
Enable Auto Merge
Go to Settings, then click Configuration.
Select Duplicates Settings.
Enable the Auto Merge option.
How Auto Merge Works
Donorfy automatically merges duplicate pairs with a confidence score of 13 or above.
Matches with lower confidence scores remain in the Duplicates area for manual review.
Auto-merged constituents behave the same as standard merged records, with all associated data moved to the retained profile.
⚠️Important: If you need to preserve potential duplicate profiles that may otherwise be merged automatically, do not enable Auto Merge.
