Apart from the usual address fields, you may want to add some further segmentation, boundaries, local teams, etc. to use for reporting or to quickly see what local team is assigned to a constituent.
Add an Area
Navigate to Settings, then click Configuration.
Select Address Areas.
Click on the plus icon to the right of the screen.
Enter the name of your Area in Description.
Ensure it is set to Active.
Click Save Changes.
The Area will then be available for use within your Donorfy within the Contact Details section of a Constituent’s Profile.
Reported on Address Area in Lists
In your List:
Click on the data field selector icon.
Type 'Area' into the search field.
The options will then be displayed:
